Those mad scientists at Pop Culture Shock have announced a striking 1:4th scale statue of Caesar, the life-like protagonist of Fox’s rebooted POTA franchise.

“I don’t think anyone anticipated that something as beloved as (Planet of the Apes) could be relaunched in a manner that was not only exciting, but also incredibly smart,” said Jerry Macaluso, President of Pop Culture Shock, “2011’s film blew me away…and I’m eagerly awaiting the July 11th release of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.”

The character of Caesar, brought to life in the film by SAG winning motion-capture actor Andy Serkis, has been recreated in painstaking detail by PCS. The haunted soul of the world’s most advanced ape is capture in the nuanced craftsmanship only PCS can deliver.
